Add the ability to create templates for activities

To streamline the creation, organization, and utilization of templates within our workspace, the following features are proposed:

Template functions:

• Enable users to create a template directly from an activity.

• Allow the creation of templates for all types of activities.

• Provide a section to apply templates to activities.

• Reset activity content and settings after applying a template. Notify users about that.

• Facilitate editing templates directly from activities.

Template Saving and Sharing:

• Enable saving all content and settings in a template.

• Ensure templates are accessible to all teammates within a workspace.

Goal:

To enhance workflow and efficiency by improving the management and usability of templates.
