To enhance flexibility and efficiency in course creation, we want to add the ability to create own whole course templates: Allows customization of entire course structures to fit specific needs. Saves time by reusing well-structured templates for different courses. Ensures consistency and quality across multiple courses. Goal: To improve course creation efficiency and maintain high standards by enabling users to create and manage their own whole course templates.
Add ability to mention people in the comments
To improve communication within assignments, comments in activities or Messenger, we want to add the ability to mention people in the comments module: Ensures relevant team members are notified promptly. Enhances collaboration by involving the right people in discussions. Improves clarity and accountability in communication. Goal: To improve teamwork and communication efficiency by enabling mentions in comments.
Send an email when the new message is received in the Messenger
It’d be nice to be able to set up email alerts so students can choose to be notified when they receive a message in the EducateMe Messenger app. As my students are all busy professionals, they spend a lot of time in their inboxes and corporate instant messaging applications, and having to check another platform daily can be a chore or something they easily forget.
Add the ability to create templates for activities
To streamline the creation, organization, and utilization of templates within our workspace, the following features are proposed: Template functions: Enable users to create a template directly from an activity. Allow the creation of templates for all types of activities. Provide a section to apply templates to activities. Reset activity content and settings after applying a template. Notify users about that. Facilitate editing templates directly from activities. Template Saving and Sharing: Enable saving all content and settings in a template. Ensure templates are accessible to all teammates within a workspace. Goal: To enhance workflow and efficiency by improving the management and usability of templates.
Add the ability to suspend access to the course on a specific date
As an admin, I want the ability to schedule the suspension of access to a course for all learners on a specific date. Currently, I can only suspend access immediately. This feature will allow me to automate the suspension process, eliminating the need to manually suspend access when the time comes. This will enhance my ability to plan and manage course access more efficiently.
